This super first walking shoe has a flexible rubber sole & orthopaedic footbed. Due to these carefully developed properties, this model is both suitable for children who take their first steps and children who are already taking steps independently.
The starting point of this shoe is a very flexible sole, which bends in the right place, namely at the ball of the foot. Shoesme therefore consciously opts for a more expensive sole made of 100% rubber and to be guaranteed the best properties such as flexibility, cushioning and durability.
The outsole has a bumper toe and is rounded on all sides. This allows a child to easily get upright when crawling or sitting, handy! In addition, the bumper protects the shoe from damage. A child’s foot in this phase does not yet have a solid bone, but cartilage that has not yet been formed. That is why Shoesme has developed its own orthopaedic footbed especially for this group, fully tailored to the feet of children who (learn) walk!
